From period 06/2025 to 10/2026

👉🏻 Participants:
New Directors and above

▪️ Conditions for Leaders, Directors, Senior and Structural Directors:

• 1. Confirm a new status (from Director to Business Director inclusive) for the first time during the program period.
• 2. Mandatory reconfirmation or retention of this status in period 10/2026.

For Family Contracts:

• 1. To participate in the trip, both holders of the family contract must confirm 2 new statuses, and it is mandatory to do so in period 10/2026.

Additional condition for Senior and Structural Directors (only in case the main condition is not met):

• 1. Show *a growth of 5,000 € compared to period 5/2025 in any 6 periods during the programme, including mandatory growth in period 10/2026.
• * The growth is calculated as the combined volume of your personal group (PGV) and the sales volume of first-line Directors.

For participation of 2 holders of a family contract:

• 1. Show *a growth of 10,000 € compared to period 5/2025 in any 6 periods during the programme, including mandatory growth in period 10/2026.

▪️ Conditions for Business Directors:

• 1. Maintain your status in 15 periods during the program and also in period 10/2026.

For Family Contracts:

• 1. To participate in the trip, participants must confirm the Senior Business Director status and do so in period 10/2026.

▪️ Conditions for Senior Business Directors:

• 1. Maintain your status in 13 periods during the program and also in period 10/2026.

For Family Contracts:

• 1. To participate in the trip, participants must maintain their status for 19 periods or confirm the Elite Director status, and also in period 10/2026.

▪️ Conditions for Elite Directors:

• 1. Maintain your status in 11 periods during the program and also in period 10/2026.

For Family Contracts:

• 1. To participate in the trip, both participants must maintain their status for 17 periods and also in period 10/2026.

Directors and above have the right to participate in the trip if they have accumulated the required number of Travel points. The cost of the trip is 4,000 points.

‼️ For the convenience of all participants, the return ticket from Palermo to your city must be purchased independently by you.
The company provides reimbursement of up to 150 euros per person.

Conditions for PAID PARTICIPATION in the trip:
🔹 Who can apply? ✅ Directors and above in status. ✅ Leaders who, during the program period, held the Director (or higher) status for at least 3 periods.

🔹 How much and when to pay?
The full participation cost per person is 880 euros (including the Warsaw – Palermo flight!).
❗️The return ticket is purchased and paid for independently by participants on a paid basis!

◻️ For all who did not fully meet the program requirements during its duration, namely confirming a new status starting from Director, but achieved the new status 3 times or more: payment of 50% or less of the trip cost:

▪️ status achieved 3 times – 50% payment = 440 euros,

▪️ status achieved 4 times – 33% payment = 290 euros,*

▪️ status achieved 5 times – 17% payment = 147 euros.*

*Subject to achieving the new status within the 10/2026 catalog. If the new status is not achieved in the 10/2026 catalog – payment is 50%.

◻️ For Directors who have met the first condition of the program – confirmation of the new status, but did not achieve the status in the 10/2026 catalog –

▪️ payment is 50% = 440 euros.

◻️ For Directors who did not meet the program requirements or fulfilled less than 50%: full payment = 880 euros.

◻️ For Senior Directors and above who were fulfilling the sales growth conditions and achieved a growth of 50% or more may also participate for 50% or less of the cost, depending on the achieved result.

For all paid participants, payment in installments is also possible via deduction from remuneration over 4 periods in equal parts.

🗓 Applications for paid participation are accepted from 08.07 to 15.07.
The first installment will be deducted based on period 11/2026 results.

The number of places is limited. Applications are accepted in order of receipt. Once the maximum number of participants is reached, the Company reserves the right to refuse paid participation to a leader or a family contract participant.
